We are expanding the learning area by up to 5,000 m² and bringing a new 94 m children’s conveyor belt to a separate children’s zone, also accessible to the public. Learning those first turns will be even safer and more comfortable.

Skiing is just the beginning! The Bear’s Den at Strachan will also feature well-known performers during the winter season, including DJ EKG, René Rendy, DJ Milan Lieskovský and others! At BACHLEDKA, there will be regular DJ parties during the winter on the terrace of the PANORAMA restaurant and at Bistro Furmanec, turning your skiing day into a truly unforgettable experience with a great atmosphere!

Season highlight: Šodronka Strachan opens on 22 December at Strednica!

After skiing, enjoy après-ski relaxation at the Lanson champagne bar, a craft bakery and, above all, a modern immersive museum. This visual attraction will bring to life the story of the legendary cable car from 1922 and engagingly connect the history of the Belianske Tatras with Goral traditions.

Magical Bachledka and evening sledding

Take the cable car to Magical Bachledka and walk along the illuminated Treetop Walk under the stars, then enjoy unique evening sledding on a 2.5 km long, groomed track. Sledding is available 3× a week – on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays until 8:00 PM!

In addition to Bachledka, the whole family can also enjoy sledding on the illuminated slope directly below the Bear’s Den at Strachan – every day from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
