The Treetop Walk, Forest Kingdom*, Bachledka cable car, as well as other family attractions, services, shops, rental, restaurants, and the Info Centre are open throughout the year as follows:

| July – August | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. |
| September | 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. |
| October – April | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. |
The last entry to the Treetop Walk and Forest Kingdom is always one hour before closing time.
Spring and autumn maintenance is carried out every year – the exact dates are always announced in advance on our website and social media.
