Practical Information

• Discounted skipasses are intended for children aged 5 to 15 inclusive (if the user turns 16 on the day of purchase, they are no longer entitled to the discount).
• Discounted skipasses for seniors are valid for persons aged 65 to 74.99 inclusive (if the user turns 75 on the day of purchase, they are no longer entitled to the discount).
• ATTENTION! A skipass for seniors over 75 years of age can only be purchased at the resort's ticket offices. The senior's age must be confirmed with an ID document.
• ATTENTION! A skipass for a child up to 4.99 years of age can only be purchased together with an adult skipass and exclusively in person at the ticket office. The child's age must be confirmed with an ID document or a health insurance card.
• If you are arriving from Jezersko or Veľká Franková, you can pick up your skipass at our bistros or at the ticket machine. When using your own skipass (purchased and topped up online), there is no need to activate it at the ticket office – you can go directly to the gate.
• Once picked up, you can use the skipass in all 19 Tatry Super Ski resorts!
• This product can be used from March 8th, 2027 till the end of the season.
• ATTENTION! The skipass is personalized and non-transferable. In case of use by an unauthorized person, it will be blocked without a refund.
• The refundable deposit for the skipass is 2 € or 10 PLN. The skipass can be returned at the ticket offices of all resorts or at the ticket machine next to the ticket offices in Bachledova Dolina.
  
• A mobile skipass with Mobile Flow technology allows you to pass through the gate using your phone. For proper operation, this technology requires:

Zone 1: The main training area of the Gorgy ski school, equipped with two magic carpets (30 m and 90 m), accessible exclusively with an instructor / Zone 2: Public children's ski zone with a 94 m long magic carpet, accessible even without an instructor / Zone 3: The main ridge with a wide and groomed ski slope for all visitors, with access to a ski lift and a public magic carpet.

• Modern infrastructure – a 10-seater gondola lift, a modern 6-seater chairlift, a 4-seater chairlift, 4 ski lifts, and 4 additional magic carpets that quickly and comfortably transport skiers to the slopes.

• Comprehensive range of services – ski equipment rental, ski service, ski school for children and adults, sports shop, panoramic restaurant with a view of the Belianske Tatras, and bistros at each slope. The purchased skipass can also be used for sledding, as well as for the gondola ride to the Treetop Walk. The skipass is also valid in 19 TATRY SUPER SKI resorts in Slovakia and Poland.

How to use the mobile pass?

1. Download the key2ski app on your Android or iOS phone.

2. Buy a mobile pass in the online store.

3. Activate the purchased pass in the app.

4. Head straight to the slope – the gate will automatically read the pass from your phone.

You can use the mobile pass at the following stations: Kotelnica Białczańska, Jurgów Ski, Ski Suche, Bania Ski, Grapa Ski, Horników Wierch, Kaniówka, Polana Szymoszkowa, Bachledka, Strednica, StrachanSki, Witów Ski, and Koziniec.
