What are the ski pass prices for the 2025/2026 season?

The price list is available on www.bachledka.sk.

Where can I buy a ski pass?

You can purchase the Tatry Super Ski pass directly at www.bachledka.skiperformance.com.

How is the 2025/2026 season divided?

This year, sales are divided into several periods:

• Pre-season – from the start of the season until 24.12.2025; skiing is possible from the opening of the first resort until 24.12.2025.

• TOP season – from 25.12.2025 to 06.01.2026.

• Main season – from 07.01.2026 to 08.03.2026.

• Off-season – from 09.03.2026 until the end of the season.

When does the ski season end at Tatry Super Ski resorts?

Ski passes purchased online are cheaper than those bought directly at the resort ticket offices or machines.

What is the Tatry Super Ski card?

The card is a ski pass and serves as a carrier of the time authorization from the purchased Tatry Super Ski pass. It is issued as an RFID Skidata KeyCard or another SkiData transponder marked Tatry Super Ski. This carrier allows recording the time authorization and is intended for Tatry Super Ski passes and project partners. The card is reusable, allows storing authorization information, and requires a deposit upon issuance. The card remains the property of the seller.

What is the Tatry Super Ski pass?

A ski pass is a time-based authorization allowing unlimited rides on lifts and cable cars of the open resorts during its validity. Using the pass requires a card onto which the time authorization is recorded.

What is a time authorization?

Time authorization determines how long the card will be active. It can be hourly, daily (multi-day), or seasonal.

When is a ski pass activated?

Activation occurs when the time authorization is recorded on the Tatry Super Ski card at the ticket office or machine at the slope. It defines how long the card will be valid.

What is card personalization?

Personalization involves assigning a specific card to a user during their first pass through the turnstile at the slope.

What is a ski pass recharge?

It is assigning purchased time authorizations to an already owned Tatry Super Ski card/pass.

After purchasing an online ski pass, do I need to pick it up at the resort ticket office?

If you recharge Tatry Super Ski card/pass you already own, personal presence is not required. If you don’t have a Tatry Super Ski pass yet, the skipass (based on the QR code sent to your email) can only be collected at open ticket offices or machines at the resorts. Passes are not mailed to clients.

Can I charge my Tatry Super Ski pass online if I already have one?

Yes. A client can purchase and charge time authorization to an existing card online using the card/pass serial number (located on the back of the pass in the format 01-16147133534668922474-7).

What is an electronic receipt?

A document confirming the purchase of a ski pass, card/pass deposit, or attraction tickets sent by email after payment confirmation.

Which payment methods are accepted at resorts?

We accept credit/debit cards, Blik (only in Poland), mobile payments, and cash.

What types of ski passes are available?

• Season ski pass – valid for the 2025/2026 winter season and only at Bachledka, Strachan, and Strednica resorts.

• Daily ski pass – valid for the selected number of consecutive days from card/pass activation.

• 4-hour ski pass – valid for 4 consecutive hours until 16:00.

Can the ski pass be delivered by mail?

No, ski passes are not mailed.

Can I buy group ski passes online?

No, group ski passes are only available at ticket offices. Group tickets for the TreeTop Walk can be purchased online for a minimum of 15 people.

When can ski passes be purchased during the pre-season?

Online from 06.10.2025 to 24.12.2025; on-site from the opening of the first resort until 24.12.2025.

Can I use a 4-hour ski pass if I start at 15:00 and the resort closes at 16:00? Can I use the remaining 3 hours the next day?

No, this pass can only be used on a single day, for 4 consecutive hours.

Can I start using a daily ski pass in the pre-season if I bought it for peak or off-season?

No, daily and hourly passes cannot be used before the period for which the pass was purchased.

How long does a day at a ski resort last?

A day at the resort lasts from the opening hours of the specific resort until its closing on that day. It does not last 24 hours.

Can I use an hourly pass for two days?

No, it is valid only for one day.

If I buy a 5-day ski pass, does it cover 5 consecutive days? Can I choose when to ski and when not to?

5 days means 5 consecutive skiing days, starting from the first turnstile pass. If activated at 15:00 on the first day, that day counts as the first of the 5-day pass.

Can I ski at different resorts in one day?

Yes. Hourly and daily passes can be used in both Slovak and Polish resorts. Seasonal passes are valid only in the 3 resorts in Ždiar.

Can I return a ski pass due to bad conditions?

No. The pass can still be used at the other 18 Tatry Super Ski resorts.

Who is eligible for discounted ski passes?

Children under 4.99 years, children under 16 years (5–15.99), seniors over 65 years (up to 64.99), and seniors over 75 years.

What are the discounts for seniors over 75?

Only a daily ski pass is available for seniors over 75 at €4, purchasable only at resort ticket offices with proof of identity.

What are the discounts for children under 5?

Passes for children under 4.99 years can only be purchased as a bundle with an adult pass at ticket offices. After verifying the child’s age, a DZD pass (adult + child under 4.99 years) can be purchased. The DZD price consists of the adult pass full price + €2/day for the child pass.

How do I prove my age for a discount?

With an ID showing the date of birth, e.g., ID card or health insurance card.

What group discounts are available for ski passes?

Groups of 20 or more get a 10% discount on Tatry Super Ski passes. Every 21st person receives a full-day pass for €2/day, while the rest receive a 10% discount.

Can persons with disabilities ski?

Yes, under the supervision of an adult or instructor.

What is the deposit for a card/pass?

€2.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, it can be refunded at machines or directly at resort ticket offices.

Do I need a new ski pass if I have an old one?

No, new authorizations can be charged onto the old pass.

What should I do with the ski pass after use?

You can return it at a ticket office or machine or keep it and charge new products.

Can I buy a pass only for a specific resort?

Daily passes are valid in all Tatry Super Ski resorts. Only seasonal passes are valid in the 3 resorts in Ždiar.

Can I use an hourly pass in Slovakia?

Hourly passes can be used in both Slovak and Polish resorts.

Can I buy family passes?

No.

Can two people share a one-day pass?

No, it is assigned to one user and is non-transferable. If misused, it will be blocked without a refund.

Can a child ski alone?

Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult.

Is a helmet mandatory on the slope?

Yes. Children under 15 must wear a helmet.

What to do in case of injury?

Call the mountain rescue service at +421 911 144 492 or emergency number 112.

How to mark the accident site?

Place skis in an “X” and provide first aid.

When does a child under 4.99 lose entitlement to the DZD discount (adult + child pass)?

Upon reaching 5 years of age.

Must a child under 4.99 years be accompanied by an adult?

Yes, the pass is valid only if the adult purchases a ski pass for themselves as well.

How many DZD passes (Adult + Child under 4.99 years) can I buy?

Only one child pass per one adult.

Is it possible to return unused (non-activated) ski passes?

Yes, within the validity period of the authorization.

Can ski passes that were only partially used be refunded?

No, activated and used ski passes cannot be refunded.

What if the resort is closed?

No refund is granted. It is recommended to use another Tatry Super Ski resort.

Can I file a complaint?

Yes, you can submit your complaint together with proof of purchase via https://bachledka.sk/spatna-vazba-a-reklamacie.

How long does it take to process a complaint?

The Resort will respond within 30 days from the date of submission.

Where can I buy a gift voucher for a ski pass?

Gift vouchers for ski passes are not available. We offer gift vouchers for the Treetop Walk attraction, which can be purchased on our website. After purchase, the voucher will be sent to the email address you provided.

Will the gift voucher be available for the entire 2025/2026 season?

The gift voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
